"It's so crazy it just might work"
When I heard about this latest Google Innovation, that was the first thing that popped into my head. Balloons floating about, giving internet connectivity wherever you may be? It sounded unreal, especially when one comes from a country where in the 60s, you had to wait for 10 or more years in order to get a phone line! Of course that changed dramatically when mobile phones became the communication mode of choice.
And here is another milestone in the field of communications technology. What an exciting time! And to have it trialled here in New Zealand! Even doubly exciting.
